Our Eagles Scare Away Drugs!

Red Ribbon Week has been awesome for our Frost Eagle students and teachers!  They have all shown their commitment to be drug free with their red from head to toe, crazy hair, crazy socks and
jammies :).  Tomorrow the school will show that drugs are scary by wearing costumes.  Pam Musselman, our Red Ribbon Week Chair has done an excellent job of having fun activities planned throughout the week.  We are so grateful for Pam's time, effort and generous donations that make Red Ribbon Week the awesome week it is!!

Our First 2015 Dad's and Donuts

It was SO awesome to see all the family and students come this morning to read and eat donuts!  What better way to start the morning than with a book in one hand and a donut in the other :)?

A huge thank you to Shannon Turcsanski who organized it all and made sure it was a huge success!!  Thanks to all the parents that were there helping as well, you're awesome!

We have a ton of dad's, step-dad's, grandpa's, uncles and older brothers who support our students. We'd love to see all of you gentlemen come out to the school on a day off, or morning/afternoon off as you participate in our Eagle Eyes Program.  The only commitment required is one day per school year where you spend the day at the school helping @ recess, lunch, in the library, in the computer lab and in their kiddo's classrooms...you'll even get a free t-shirt out of the deal!!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATIONS!!

We far surpassed what was earned last year so THANK YOU for all of your donations!!  Frost students and teachers are the ones who benefit from those dollars and are able to have an awesome educational experience because of your generosity.

The ice-cream party, movie and popcorn parties and t-shirts have all been awarded to those students who have earned them.  Teachers are busy planning fun field trips to the classes who earned $500 collectively.  The remainder of the prizes will be awarded over the next few weeks.

Mandi Thayne has and continues to put in countless hours towards the walk-a-thon this year. Our PTA appreciates her hard work and effort made for our students and teachers!  Thank you, Mandi!!

If you have questions about donations or prizes, please email Beckie @ frosteaglespta@gmail.com

Does Your Student Have Eagle Eyes?

Thanks to our Vision Screening Chair (Kim Turcsanski) all Frost students in K, 1st, 3rd and 5th grades had their vision screened by PTA volunteers and the school nurse on 10.06.2015.  If further action is needed in regards to a particular student, parents/guardians will be notified.  Thanks again Kim for running it all so smoothly!!
